LEICESTER LADDIE GOES GREEN AT PATTANA

It was a wet visit to Pattana for our golfers. Given C & A courses we were requested to wait whilst a heavy shower passed through. With a lot of golfers waiting to tee off on A, the Pattana starters were good enough to let us start on C which was free of traffic. Although our groups all teed off with a light drizzle, the rain soon abated and the skies cleared.
It was a good day for Phil Ashton who came in with 37 points to narrowly beat George Mueller who carded 36.
