PSC Takes The Time To Visit

Pattaya Sports Club Visits Koh Larn

On Friday 10th July a group of representatives of the Pattaya Sports Club went for the first time in the history of the Pattaya Sports Club to Koh Larn. Our Charity Chair member Khun Noi Emmerson discovered that the people on the island also suffered on Covid-19 and needed help. The local police were so friendly to accompany us to the island and drove us around on the island. For the Pattaya Sports Club site were present Khun Jeroon Kasemsantitham (chairman of the Association), Khun Noi Emmerson (Charity Chair), Dick Braimbridge (Treasurer), David Smith (public relations) and Willem Lasonder (Secretary).

In our Executive meeting on the 4th of July we decided to help the people on the island with food packets and a donation for the local community. Our office staff prepared 150 food backs, which we handed out to the local people in the temple. Also, we could give some support to sick people.

The local Police officers showed us the island and brought us to a community house, where a wonderful lunch was prepared. Looking a round in the community house we could see, that the people there needed also support to make improvements on the roof and the bathrooms. We decided to help them with their improvements. After the lunch and understanding more of the needs of the island we went back to the mainland.
