STEVE GETS MAXIMUM POINTS FOR ROYAL LAKESIDE

Five groups ventured to Royal Lakeside many of whom were first time visitors to the venue. All were very impressed with the facilities and the course. An hour each way on the bus is small price to play for such a splendid venue. Even better news is that a deal was made with Royal Lakeside where golfers can have green fee and caddy, thereby walking the course, for 1100 baht or pay 1900 baht for the all in service.
There were some tricky pin positions today which made scoring difficult but it was Steve Moxey who won a close run competition with 37 points. Steve was one point better off than returnee Toby Glass and John Coetzee.
