NO MONKEY BUSINESS FROM LEN AT BANGPRA

The Links took 38 golfers to the famous, or infamous, Bangpra course on Monday where monkeys have been known to terrorise golfers and caddies. On Monday however, they were no match for Len Jones who powered round an excellent golf course with very fast and tricky greens to return 40 points. It was an excellent show from Len and he was a popular recipient of the Green Jacket. Len only returned to the fairways about 5 months ago after some serious health issues. Welcome back Len, it is good to see you back in the winners enclosure.
Len was the only golfer to break par and he was 4 ahead of runner-up Keith Griffith. Despite the relatively low scores, everyone was very complimentary about the set up and condition of Bangpra.
