DAVE ENDS A 12 YEAR WAIT TO WIN HIS FIRST GREEN JACKET

It has been 12 years and 72 rounds at The Links but Dave Heyes finally won his first Green Jacket with a superb 43 points at St Andrews. Dave pipped long time leader Darren See by 1 point to claim the coveted Green Jacket. Dave Stockman came in with 40 points to complete the 1,2,3. The 3 afore mentioned were the only 3 to break par with 4th, 5th and 6th places all going to scores of 34.
St Andrews has come on leaps and bounds in the last 3 months and the green keeping staff should be proud of themselves for getting the course back to its best.
Prior to the presentation back at The Links, Phil made a special presentation to Jean Pierre Gasser who had a hole in on the 30th of November at Green Valley.
