Not when you can play off a #9 handicap and consistently gross in the 70’s, AND walking the course.
Today, Jean-Pierre Gasser again scored lower than his 78 years of age, with an amazing gross of 76, or 41 points stableford.

Paul Anderson has his ups and downs with scores, but probably a real #17 handicap. A very good score of 37 points got him into second place, winning a countback for that spot.

Martin Patch has been consistently in the 90’s and that has paid off today with 37 points to lose that countback narrowly, but take third spot.

Kevin LaBar had 35 points just two days ago and has, again scored 35 points to win the countback for the fourth place.

Torben Lindgaard finished in fifth, also with 35points.

Mike Ehlert, in his return game after a short illness, grabbed the sixth and final position.

We last visited the A+B combination at Khao Kheow a little over two weeks ago and were disappointed to see the fairways drying out badly, due to lack of rain.

It was a happy sight today to see the nice green, grassy fairways back to their, almost, best.
The greens were good two weeks ago, and even better this time, with good pace and, as always, running truly.

After many scratchings and changes, 24 players took to the course in slightly warmer conditions than recent rounds.

𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗸𝘀 𝗚𝗼𝗹𝗳 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘁𝘆 is a PSC affiliated, friendly group and welcomes golfers of all levels. We play 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆 ,𝗪𝗲𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆.
