WAYNE GETS THE TREASURE AT THE HILL

It has been a long time since we have played Treasure Hill and in that period, the green staff have been very busy and initiated plenty of changes which have greatly enhanced the course. Add to that the fact that they have opened a driving range and are continuing to make improvements. Hole 9 was closed today because of improvements that were being made so we played number 10 twice. There is no doubt that Treasure Hill is one of the more challenging courses on our circuit but hopefully the changes that are being made will entice more players.
Wayne Peppernell was runner up at our last event at Pattaya Country Club and today he went one better with a winning score of 35 points which is an excellent return over a course that is difficult to score on.
