IT’S A SENIOR DAY AT PHILS BIRTHDAY BASH

59 golfers celebrated Phil Davies birthday at Pleasant Valley in what turned out to be a memorable day both on and off the course. The course was in good condition with tricky greens. The first 4 ball group who teed off at the first managed to accumulate 14 putts between them on the first green.
It was fitting that it was a Senior who came out on top at a Seniors birthday. Ted Senior came storming in with 42 points which was 2 ahead of his nearest rivals, George Mueller and Steve Moxey.
As is the norm on Phils birthday, extra prizes were put on. Phil has had some health issues recently and everyone hopes that Mr Links will be back on the fairways sooner rather than later.
