Since breaking a leg in a motor bike accident back in October (in Thailand of course), Stan Stewart has been getting about on one leg, or is it three legs. With a half a pair of crutches, he has got himself back on the golf course and doing pretty well.
On a Phoenix course in excellent condition, including those quick greens, Stan has had his best score in a long time to top the leaderboard with 39 points.
Since arriving back to Pattaya, Paul Gill has played a lot of golf with Links and others. Experience and practice enabled a good result from Paul today with a score of 38 points for second spot.
Stuart Kiddโs form is like the showers in a cheap hotel, it can be very cold or very hot. Stuart was hot this time with 37 points which got him third place.
Billy Buchanan has started to play a bit more regularly and has hit some form. He scored 36 points to win a countback for the fourth place, leaving Mike Ehlert in the fifth spot.
Mike Kaps stared open mouthed when announced as the final place on the podium, as he didnโt think his game was good enough. He won a three way countback at 35 points to grab that spot.

Another early start, as we were given the okay about 30 minutes ahead of our tee time, we donโt mind that. The first of our seven four ballโs made good time to finish well inside four hours. There were a couple of groups which lagged a bit and took longer.
The weather started out with no breeze, but that soon picked up to make things comfortable.
