The common theme of discussion/complaint as to why the scores were so low was the greens, of course!
Everyone knows to keep the ball below the pin at Pattavia, butโฆ
The rest of the course is in very good condition and we heard no complaints about that.
Nevertheless, with that, the usual steady and efficient play from Mr. Consistent, Francis Goyons, had him post a great score of 41 points. Any score around forty on this course when the greens are so quick is very commendable.
Only a week ago, Keith Griffith scored 39 points for second place. Today Keith scored 39 points to again take second place. Keeping that good form going.
They fell away a bit after those two placings with Kevin LaBar edging out Phil Davies to win a countback on 35 points and grab third position.
Another countback, on 34 points, got Peter Kelly into fifth spot ahead of Jean-Pierre Gasser.
